Our recipe is simple: natural flavours, creativity in continuous evolution, careful design, big smiles, companionship, and international atmosphere.

Our chef always keeps sustainability and health at the top of the agenda, without ever losing sight of the importance of flavour. The gastronomic connection to the region is very strong. The best raw ingredients are sourced from a large selection of small producers here in the Valle d’Aosta and from across Italy.

The Café is open from morning until evening. Our breakfast and lunch menus will fuel you properly for the day ahead. From 17:00 onwards you can join us for a relaxing aperitivo on our terrace. And in the evening, a change out of riding clothes for events, and music.
